Marcus is a retired British militarysenior officer, retiring from the RAFin 2013. He served tours with the RoyalMarines, Royal Navy and U.S. Marine Corps, with whom he deployed to Iraq in2003; he also worked closely with the UK Cabinet Office during the 2012 Olympics. After leaving the RAF, Marcus moved into business, initially workingfor a global consultancy, then establishing Effective Direction andmoving on to lead major business transformations, becoming Head of Agile atLloyds BankingGroup. He now focuses on enabling organisations across the globe, helping peopleto deal with the complexity of today’s modern business world by teaching andenabling adaptive leadership, team dynamics, and critical thinking.
