Ellie brings a proven track record of organisational development and behavioural learning. A qualified organisational psychologist and ILM certified coach, with experience as a management consultant, NHS organisational development manager, and over 20 years’ service as an RAF officer. During her RAF career, Ellie undertook numerous operational deployments where she worked alongside the Red Cross, UN and DFID. As a Training Director, Ellie is deeply experienced in matters of people engagement and understands first-hand the challenges that lie within.
