Mrs Androulla Poutziouri is a qualified Advocate and a Member of the Cyprus Bar Association. Mrs Poutziouri obtained a double LLB Law degree in English and French Law from Paris II Panthéon-Assas University and the University of Birmingham. She then proceeded to obtain an LLM Degree inInternational Legal Practice from the University of Law in the UK. She is bilingual in Greek and English(native), with working proficiency in French.
Androulla has been a lecturer of law for the last 14 years. She has taught for some of the most prestigious legal education providers in the UK including the LLB Law Degree offered in Cyprus by the University of Wales, The University of the West of England and the University of London (a consortium of top London universities offering an LLB (HONS) Law Degree through a registered teaching centre in Cyprus). Regarding the LLB law degree, Androulla has taught many subjects including, Equity andTrusts Law, European Union Law, Property Law, Company law and Criminal and Contract law(amongst others).
Androulla has taught law in the British Bases in Cyprus and has offered courses Cyprus-wide as an accredited lecturer for the National Association of Licensed Paralegals, the Chartered Institute of Legal Executives and Cambridge Law Studio.
Androulla has been accredited as an ‘expert in the field of law’ (διακεκριμένος εκπαιδευτής) by the Human Resource and Development Agency in Cyprus and regularly undertakes training of lawyers and administration staff in Cyprus with the European Legal Training Center [ELTC] (of which she is the founder and director).
ELTC is a training centre accredited to offer continuous professional development courses by the Cyprus Bar Association and provides funded training courses to upskill members of the legal sector. Androulla is known for her personable and professional approach to training and education and regularly receives excellent reviews from trainees as a result.
